Senator Pat Bates joined Senator Janet Nguyen (R-Garden Grove) and several of their colleagues to announce that they will introduce a Senate Constitutional Amendment to prohibit state-funded colleges and universities from banning the American flag on campus property. Several military veterans were on hand to provide their support.
