North County Lifeline was named 2016 Nonprofit of the Year by Sen. Patricia Bates, R-Laguna Niguel, for Senate District 36, which covers the southern coastal area of Orange County from Laguna Niguel to Northern San Diego County, including Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad and Encinitas.
